DALLAS, April 21, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Builders FirstSource, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLDR) today announced that it has priced an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027, which represents a $100 million increase in the previously announced size of the offering. The Notes will form part of the same series as the $400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 issued on May 30, 2019 and the $75 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 issued on July 25, 2019. The price to investors will be 98.750% of the principal amount of the Notes.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay the funds drawn under its revolving credit facility and to pay related transaction fees and expenses, with any remaining net proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.
