Crown Castle Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

HOUSTON, March 31, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 3.300% Senior Notes due 2030 and 4.150% Senior Notes due 2050 in aggregate principal amounts of $750 million and $500 million, respectively. The Senior Notes due 2030 will have an interest rate of 3.300% per annum and will be issued at a price equal to 99.179% of their face value to yield 3.396%. The Senior Notes due 2050 will have an interest rate of 4.150% per annum and will be issued at a price equal to 98.900% of their face value to yield 4.215%.
