NAI Partners, one of the top five largest privately held and independently owned full-service commercial real estate firms in Texas, announced today that it has hired Cary Latham as a Senior Associate in its Texas Investment Sales Division.
Mr. Latham joins NAI Partners from Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in the Houston market.
Mr. Latham’s hire comes on the heels of a very busy few months for NAI Partners’ Investment Sales Division, which has made multiple strategic hires to substantially grow its business in Texas, including landing seasoned industry veteran Scott Lunine to lead the effort as Executive Vice President of Investment Sales; and recruiting the top-performing McCullough-Jaynes team from Las Vegas to NAI Partners’ Austin office.

Previously, Mr. Latham worked in digital media and internet marketing sales in Houston, Texas. There, he learned how to evaluate clients’ goals and achieve optimal success for them. Mr. Latham later broke into industrial real estate and buyer/tenant representation. He chose industrial as his focus because it has always stood out to him as the fuel that keeps the American machine running.
Mr. Latham attended The University of Alabama and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Information Sciences. He is a fifth generation Texan, four of those having been involved in commercial real estate in some form or fashion. In addition to his dedication to real estate, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, barbecuing, and traveling.
