Eagle’s Trace Introducing New Residence Building

12/2/20

Best pricing, selection now available for independent living in Austin Square

If a move is on the horizon in 2021, now is the time to start planning. Eagle’s Trace, the Erickson Living-managed community in West Houston, is accepting reservations for its newest residence building, Austin Square, currently under construction with an anticipated opening this coming spring.

Austin Square will be the third building in the community’s second neighborhood, joining Amarillo Terrace, which opened in 2016, and Galveston Crossing, which opened in 2018.

“We’ve experienced a tremendous demand for the lifestyle offered in our small-town setting,” says Director of Sales Pamela Burgeson. “Austin Square will be one more reason Eagle’s Trace is a great place to call home.”

When completed, Austin Square will be the largest and tallest residential building at Eagle’s Trace, adding 150 apartments homes spread across five floors. It will connect to all other buildings on campus via climate-controlled walkways, accessible through a first-floor connector to Galveston Crossing.

The new residence building will add a number of amenities, including the Waterloo Restaurant, a new dining venue with an outdoor dining patio; a Life Enrichment Center; fitness studio; and an outdoor pickleball court.

“The Life Enrichment Center is a much-anticipated multi-purpose room that will be wonderful for enhancing lives through education, musical performances, theater, and lifelong learning sessions,” says Executive Director Stephen Aigner.

There are 16 floor plans available in Austin Square, including a never-before-seen two-bedroom design, the Marfa.

“We’re bringing back some of our most popular floor plans that have sold out elsewhere on campus,” says Burgeson. “Many of the apartment homes in Austin Square will feature views of the lake and nearly all have a screened-in patio or porch.”

For those interested in moving to Austin Square, Burgeson says now is the time to reserve an apartment. “There are a number of benefits to reserving now,” she says. “This is the best time to get the greatest selection of floor plans and location within the building. Schedule an appointment with Jodie Schroeder, our sales counselor, and she can show you specifically where your favorite floor plans are located, pricing information, and what color schemes are available.”

Make it your own

Custom Interiors is another option that’s best explored early.

“All the apartment homes in Austin Square will have modern finishes, including crown molding, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops,” says Burgeson. “The general finish-out has already been determined, but this is a great time to meet with our custom interiors team to augment the beautiful finishes already in the apartment, if you choose to do so.”
