Generational Equity Advises Central Home Health Services of Texas in Sale to Actinium Healthcare Holdings

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Central Home Health Services of Texas, Inc. to Actinium Healthcare Holdings, LLC. The acquisition closed August 5, 2020 and details were not disclosed.

Located in Houston, Texas, Central Home Health Services of Texas (CHHS), is a licensed in-home health care agency. They are licensed to operate in five counties in the Houston area. The agency specializes in non-medical in-home care through the Texas Medicaid system. Most of their clients are administered through United Health Care and Amerigroup.

Actinium Healthcare Holdings (AHH) is a start-up PE firm located in Dallas, Texas. Their mission in this transaction was to buy a platform company in the healthcare arena, and then do follow up add-ons to create a large healthcare agency with significant value.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A - Central Region, Michael Goss and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Gary Milleson with support from Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, Jon LePage successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with CHHS.
