Partners’ Landlord Services Division Now Leases/Manages More than 14 Million Sq. Ft.
NAI Partners is pleased to announce that the Office Project Leasing group in its Landlord Services Division has been selected by Dornin Investment Group as the exclusive leasing agent for its 375,428-sq.-ft. three building Houston office portfolio, which includes two buildings in the Energy Corridor—1250 Wood Branch and 15915 Katy Fwy (Ten Plaza West) and 11011 Richmond Ave in the Westchase District (Columbia Centre).
The NAI Partners Office Project Leasing team of David Bateman, Jacob Aldridge, Andy Parrish and Lesley Rice will be heading up the marketing and leasing for the new assignment. 1250 Wood Branch totals 102,956 sq. ft., Ten Plaza West totals 105,459 sq. ft., and Columbia Centre totals 167,013 sq. ft. All properties offer timeless glass wall construction, newly constructed tenant amenities, and convenient access to highways.
