Aztec/Shaffer Turns to Houston as Their Primary Home

Aztec/Shaffer, LLC, whose two divisions are comprised of Aztec Events & Tents and Shaffer Sports & Events, renews and signs new leases totaling 250,697 square feet in Houston, Texas.

Aztec Events & Tents has renewed its 125,697 square foot Houston lease with its landlord at 601 West 6th Street. The landlord was represented by The Deal Company. In addition, Shaffer Sports & Events has relocated to Houston into a renovated multi-tenant 125,000 square foot location at 10901 Tanner Road. Shaffer Sports & Events signed a new long term lease with Exeter 10901 Tanner, LP, who was represented by David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, Greg Barra, CCIM, SIOR and Wes Williams of Boyd Commercial. The brokerage team of John S. Parsley, SIOR, Gary Mabray, SIOR, and Judd Harrison of Colliers International represented Aztec/Shaffer, LLC in both lease transactions.

Aztec Events & Tents has been a premier party rental and tenting company in Houston for over 30 years, having the largest event rental inventory in the metropolitan area. They have provided services for nationally recognized events such as the Super Bowl and NCAA Final Four, and many city events like the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Offshore Technology Conference, and the Bike MS: Texas MS 150 annual fundraiser. Their lease renewal in the central Houston region reinforces their continued growth and roots embedded here.
