NewQuest Deals - South Texas Leases and Sales

SOUTH TEXAS SALES

Asset Preservation Inc. has sold 120.01 acres at the intersection of US 290/Interregional Highway and Jones Road, Hempstead, to 290 Homestead LLC. Brad Elmore and Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Melissa Hegenmeyer of Nexthome Realty Center represented the buyer.

McMischer LP has sold 3.8 acres at the intersection of Fry and Longenbaugh roads, Cypress, to Asset Preservation Inc. J.J. McDermott of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Dimitri Jordan of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

SOUTH TEXAS LEASES

Next Level Urgent Care has leased 3,695 sf of retail space in Stableside at Falcon Landing, located at the intersection of Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard, Katy, from NewQuest Properties. Austin Alvis and Grace La of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Memorial City Cardiology Associates has leased 3,361 sf of retail space in Cypress Village Station, located at the intersection of US 290/Northwest Freeway and Skinner Road, Cypress, from NewQuest Properties. Kevin Sims of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Jason Baker and Traci Holman of Baker Katz LLC represented the tenant.
