McGlinchey Stafford Welcomes New Associates in Dallas, Houston Offices

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC is pleased to announce that Stacey Fuller, Matthew Knox, Murad Salim, and Daniel Troiano, have joined the firm’s Texas Commercial Litigation practice as Associates. Fuller and Knox are based in McGlinchey Stafford’s Houston office, and Salim and Troiano have joined the firm’s Dallas office. Knox, Salim, and Troiano represent corporate and financial institution clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation and financial services disputes in state and federal courts. Fuller also represents financial institutions with the firm’s Creditors Rights practice group.

Fuller negotiates and documents commercial loans and distressed loan workouts, and works on commercial bankruptcies as well as commercial litigation matters. Stacey previously worked in-house for a leading U.S. national bank, and in 2018, she obtained a Masters of American Law from Tulane University Law School. She is also a qualified Australian barrister and solicitor, having earned Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia in 2006.

Knox has experience representing banks and financial institutions in disputes involving state and federal consumer protection, licensing, lending, usury, leasing, and sales. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association’s Commercial and Consumer Law section. Matt earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2009, and was named to the list of Texas Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” in 2017-2019.

Salim works primarily with commercial litigation clients in Texas state and federal courts. Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, he clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Texas in Dallas. He earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2016.

Troiano has experience with insurance litigation, insurance coverage, tort defense, and appellate matters. Prior to joining the firm, he externed with a former Justice of the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas. He earned a J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, in 2017, cum laude.
