Kristen Kennedy, Resident Services Coordinator at Eagle’s Trace
Kristen Kennedy, Resident Services Coordinator at Eagle’s Trace, was named the retirement community’s Leader of the Year for 2018.
Mrs. Kennedy was one of 20 employees selected by their respective communities or corporate departments and recognized nationally among her peers during the Erickson Living Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland on March 4.
The recognition is given to a manager or director who continually demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and inspires, motivates and empowers his or her team members to commit to excellence in serving residents.
Erickson Living is the developer and manager of 20 continuing care retirement communities throughout the country, including Eagle’s Trace in West Houston.
“Kristen balanced a host of responsibilities within the Resident Life Department of Eagle’s Trace in 2018,” stated Steve Aigner, Executive Director. “In addition to leading the community’s new Welcome Home program, Kristen acted as interim resident life director and community resource coordinator. She embraced these opportunities with enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to creating an exceptional experience for residents and her team members.”
Mrs. Kennedy recently celebrated her four-year anniversary at Eagle’s Trace. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a major in Social Work from Howard Payne University and a Master of Social Work degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.
