With more than 25 years’ experience in cell biology, Riordan is an early pioneer and expert in applied stem cell research utilizing various types of stem cells including mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic stem cells. His scientific work includes research and development of human placental-derived products and an array of nutritional supplements. Early in his career, Dr. Riordan was an accomplished cancer researcher, particularly in the then-nascent use of high-dose, intravenous vitamin C.
