Bradley T. Lembcke, M.D., has joined CHI Texas Division as Division Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. The division includes CHI St. Luke’s Health, CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial, and CHI St. Joseph Health, whose health systems serve patients across the state.

In his new role, Dr. Lembcke will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of initiatives to strengthen the quality of care provided, maximize clinical operations, develop risk capability and manage population health. He will work closely with other CHI leaders to provide clinical, operational, strategic and cultural leadership to the hospital system.

Prior to joining CHI Texas Division, Dr. Lembcke was Chief Medical Officer at Baylor University Medical Center, where he worked for the last 21 years in roles that also included Associate Chief Medical Officer, President of the Medical Staff and Co-Director of Baylor Scott & White's Southern Methodist University Advanced Physician Leadership Program, among others.

Dr. Lembcke earned his Medical Doctorate from University of Texas Health Science Center, Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
