Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced that Jon McCarter has joined the firm as a Managing Director, based in its Houston office. Mr. McCarter will serve as National Energy Leader for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and assist in leading Financial Advisory Services (FAS) in Houston.
Mr. McCarter spent nearly a decade at EY where he was a partner in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), serving as Houston Transaction Support Leader and Americas Energy Transaction Advisory Services Leader. He has advised leading corporate and PE clients in complex transactions across the energy supply chain. Mr. McCarter began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1991, serving seven years each in the TAS and Assurance practices in the Houston and Cleveland offices.
