Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Chris Gomes and Allan Miller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Gomes, Miller, and Joseph Jaques, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office.

The subject property is located at 15200 Addison Rd in Addison, Texas. The subject property is a three-story, 70-room property situated on 1.53 acres of land. The buyer has since re-branded the hotel to a Mainstay Suites franchised by Choice Hotels.

The hotel shall be undergoing renovation in the coming few months. Financing for the transaction was also sourced by Marcus & Millichap.
