Cypress Preserve Logistics Center Leases Buildings 2 and 3 Totaling 174,305 SF

Colliers International is pleased to announce two new leases in Cypress Preserve Logistics Center located at 22203 and 22003 Cypress Slough Road in Houston, Texas. Source Logistics Houston will occupy 157,805 square feet in building 2 (22003) and was represented by Trace Elrod of Newmark. While Miner Material Handling leased building 3 (22203), a 16,500 square foot space and was represented by Bill Rudolf and Kyle Golding of CBRE.

Walker Barnett and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International, represented Jeffrey Davis and Jeffory L. Stringer of Davis Commercial Development, the developer/landlord in the transaction.

Developed by Davis Commercial Development, the industrial park includes state-of-the-art features, convenient trailer/passenger vehicle parking and excellent traffic flow with multiple points of ingress/egress from I-45N and the Hardy Toll Road.

Cypress Preserve Logistics Center is located in the North Hardy Toll Road industrial submarket, in the North Corridor. There are 693 industrial buildings containing 39.9 million square feet in the submarket which is currently 89% occupied.
