NAI Partners today announced that it has arranged an 8,021-sq.-ft. lease for tenant Sprinkle Pop at Point West Business Center, a flex industrial park owned by Partners Capital, the investment arm of NAI Partners.

NAI Partners’ Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish represented landlord Partners Capital in the transaction.
