The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Brian Kelly, Brett R. Hatcher, and Gabriel Coe. Cajun Self Storage is located at 2935 FM 521 Road in Fresno, Texas. The facility features 323 climate-controlled units, 201 non-climate-controlled units, 38 enclosed parking spaces, one office, and one warehouse, totaling 104,823 net rentable square feet. They also feature 55 covered parking spaces and 46 uncovered parking spaces for rent. The facility was built in 2005 and expanded in 2015.
