Stewart Title Commercial Services Vice President and Business Development Officer Morgan C. Gilligan has been named Service Provider of The Year as part of NAIOP Maryland’s Awards of Excellence for 2020.

NAIOP Maryland’s Awards of Excellence celebrates and recognizes the highest quality and most innovative achievements of regional commercial real estate developers, as well as the companies and individuals that service the industry in Maryland.
