CBRE Hotels has arranged the sale of the Resorts and Residences by Cuisinart Anguilla. The 181-key resort complex, situated on over 300 acres, was acquired by Olympus Ventures.
CBRE Hotels’ Paul Weimer, Christian Charre, Jennifer Jin and Alex Lee-Bull represented the seller. Four Corners Advisors, Inc. and its principal, Michael Shindler, also served as advisors to the seller in this transaction. The law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison acted as legal counsel to the seller.
Recently renovated following the devastating storms of 2017, the property includes Anguilla’s only golf course, a Greg Norman Championship course. It also has one of the largest spas in the Caribbean and a significant residential component.
