Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur.

“The property was previously listed with an outside broker with no acceptable offers procured,” said Abushagur. “We were able to overcome common foundation issues in the Brookhollow market and procure a repeat buyer of ours,” he said.

Built in 1963 and renovated in 1965, 8888 Governors Row is situated on 2.52 acres.
