The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Brian Kelly, Brett R. Hatcher, and Gabriel Coe. Bell Mini Storage is located at 5904 E Veterans Memorial Boulevard and 442 N Roy Reynolds Drive in Killeen, Texas. The two facilities feature 570 non-climate-controlled units, 137 enclosed parking spaces, 10 offices, 11 commercial tractor trailer spaces, and 72 parking spots.
