Grote Oilfield LLC has purchased a one-acre tract at 8011 Hwy. 6 in the city of Santa Fe, Galveston County, from 7 Sinclair Holdings Co. Ronnie L. Miranda of 713CRE represented the buyer. The seller was self-represented.
