Decorative Center Houston (DCH) has awarded Colliers International the leasing assignment for their 500,000 square foot, Class A office building at 5120 Woodway Drive in Houston Texas. Bill Insull, CCIM, senior vice president and Blake R. Virgilio, CCIM, SIOR, vice president of Colliers' Houston Agency Leasing Group will lead the assignment.
Decorative Center Houston is a 10-story, modern office building overlooking the Galleria skyline, and Memorial and Tanglewood neighborhoods. Situated on seven acres in the heart of the West Loop/Galleria submarket of Houston, the building was originally developed by Trammell Crow. Purchased by its now long time owner, Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, DCH has been expanded to over four times its original size and has been continuously enhanced over the last 30 years. Welcoming 37,000 visitors annually, DCH is an active environment with expansive common areas that play host to the Roots Café, numerous special events, trade markets, art exhibitions, conferences, corporate parties and tenant functions.
