Cane Island Ventures LLC has purchased a 1.5-acre tract at the intersection of Peek Road and Grand Parkway/TX 99, Katy, from Clay Road Development. Ronnie L. Miranda of 713CRE represented the buyer. Travis Overstreet of Prime SCD represented the seller.
