SOUTH TEXAS SALE

BF Spring LLC, dba Billiard Factory, has purchased 1.6 acres at the intersection of Grand Parkway and Spring Stuebner Road, Spring, from Five Forks Village LLC. Randy Nerren and Trevor Nerren of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. Mark Terpstra of Terpstra & Asssociates represented the seller.

LOUISIANA LEASE

Copeland Insurance has leased 3,182 sf of office space in Camp Forbing Marketplace, located at the intersection of Flournoy Lucas and Ellerbe roads, Shreveport, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
