NAI Partners recently arranged multiple leases totaling just under 30,000 sq. ft. at Republic Square, located at 13501 Katy Freeway just off of I-10 in the Energy Corridor.
In the first deal, NAI Partners’ leasing team of Jacob Aldridge and Michael Sieger arranged a 24,302 -sq.-ft. office lease for Gate Holdings. The tenant was represented by NAI Partners’ Alex Taghi.
In the second, Aldridge and Sieger arranged a 4,533 -sq.-ft. office lease for Sparkhound, LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Kruger & Lizzie Prochazka with Savills.
Republic Square is one of the most unique office properties in Houston, sitting on 35 beautiful, bucolic, wooded acres and offering a total of 301,311 sq. ft. of office space as well as a meeting and event center. Aldridge and Sieger are the exclusive leasing agents for the property, which is owned by Dart Interests.
