Colliers International is pleased to announce that the Design and Construction Advisory Services team will provide project management services to PCS Software Inc. PCS Software Inc. has leased 25,772 square feet located at 2103 City West Boulevard, Suite 700 in Houston, Texas. The landlord, PKY-2101 CityWest 3&4, L.P., was represented by JP Hutcheson of Parkway Property Investments. Jay Kyle and Bob Parsley of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction. Colliers' Design and Construction Advisory Services team will be working alongside Ziegler Cooper on the project.
