NAI Partners’ Landlord Services Division has hired veteran Houston office leasing executive Michael Sieger as Vice President – Office Project Leasing to spearhead the division’s project leasing line of business.
Mr. Sieger will focus on enhancing the leasing and marketing services Houston’s Office Project Leasing team provides to its existing client base; while also working with the division’s Managing Director, Jim Tainter to further make available the full scope of NAI Partners’ Landlord Services platform in Houston.
Mr. Sieger joins NAI Partners from Madison Marquette (formerly PMRG), where he was responsible for the leasing operations for a portfolio of office buildings located throughout Houston, was responsible for new business development of third party leasing and management, and completed office lease transactions in excess of 1.6 million square feet and more than $350 million in total consideration.
