Colliers International is pleased to announce international commercial contractor, DPR Construction, has expanded its Houston office for a total footprint of 12,609 square feet in Greenway Plaza's Phoenix Tower. The 34 story Class A office building is located at 3200 Southwest Freeway in Houston, Texas, at the intersection of Buffalo Speedway and US 59. DPR Construction was represented by Chris Nash and Walker Ryan of Colliers International. The landlord, Parkway, was represented in-house by JP Hutcheson.
