EXP Strengthens Presence in Houston with Relocation to the Energy Corridor

With a diverse Oil, Gas + Chemicals group, EXP providescomprehensive services for gas processing facilities, chemical plants, acid (sulfuric and acetyl refining) plants and renewable facilities. The recent relocation to a new 27,905 square foot office at11330 Clay Road, Suite 550,brings EXP in closer proximity to clients to execute current and future projects. Further, this movesolidifies EXP’s North American positionand enables opportunities to hire more talented top-tier Oil, Gas + Chemicals professionals.

The move comes not long after EXP’s Oil, Gas + Chemicals team led by senior vice president,Marc van den Boom,celebrated two further significant project wins for Lithium Nevada Corp. and BAE Systems Inc. The significantly larger officeaccommodates the growth observed in the Oil, Gas + Chemicals market and the need for experiencedemployees covering this growing and changing market. EXP wassuccessfully represented by Eugene Terry, vice president at real estate firm JLL in Houston, in the relocation to the new office.
