Colliers International Announces the Lease of 349,050 SF to Wholesome Sweeteners at Victory Commerce Center

Colliers International is pleased to announce the lease of 349,050 square feet to Wholesome Sweeteners at Victory Commerce Center located at 2851 East Pasadena Boulevard in Deer Park, Texas. The tenant was represented by Ryan Fuselier and Carl Mueller of JLL. Jon Lindenberger, Walter Menuet and Paul Dominique of Colliers International represented the landlord, Crow Holdings Industrial in the transaction.

Wholesome Sweeteners is an organic and non-GMO food company founded in Sugar Land, Texas in 2001. While their headquarters will remain in Sugar Land, the Victory Commerce Center location will be their new distribution and packaging facility. Wholesome Sweeteners has seen significant growth over the last 19 years and is one of the leading organic food businesses in Texas, with additional offices in Colorado. Wholesome is the largest importer of natural, organic and fairly traded organic sweeteners in North America.
