Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of York Centre, a 114,474 square foot office building, located at 10235 West Little York Road in Houston, Texas. The buyer, Interra York Centre, represented themselves. David Carter of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.

York Centre is a four-story, multi-tenant office building situated on 5.35 acres at the hard corner of Hempstead Highway and West Little York Road.
