Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of the 88,492 square foot retail building on 8.17 acres located at 19820 Hempstead Road in Houston, Texas. The former Gander Mountain will be transformed into a multi-level entertainment facility. The buyer was represented by Zac Hoffer of The Retail Connection. Kimberly Lenardson, Robert Hantgan, Ace Schlameus and Jenny Seckinger of Colliers International represented the seller, a REIT, in the transaction.
