Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.

Philip Levy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private developer. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Levy.

Uptown Center is located at 613 & 617 Uptown Boulevard in Cedar Hill, Texas. Constructed in 2005, the property consists of two multi-tenant buildings situated on two parcels totaling 2.738 acres.
