A market-leading specialty infusion provider currently based in Dallas, Paragon Healthcare will relocate its home office to Plano, along with its pharmacies and a reimbursement office. Nearly 275 employees currently based in Dallas will relocate with this move. The company also plans to create over 75 new positions by 2021 that will be based out of its new location. Located at The Apex Building at 3033 W. Bush Turnpike, the new facility will support the company’s continued growth and focus on people. “We are excited to give our employees a beautiful, updated workspace complete with an employee lounge area, fitness facility, café, and plenty of training and conference rooms,“ said Rick Allen, RPh, President and CEO of Paragon Healthcare.“We know that if our people are taken care of, they will take care of our patients, and that’s been our mindset since the beginning.”

The property is owned by Dallas real estate investor and developer Champion Partners. Brad Struck, SIOR; Darren Woodson and Roy Reis of esrp represented the tenant in lease negotiations, and Nathan Durham and Duane Henley of Transwestern represented the landlord. Incentive negotiations with the City of Plano were handled by Susan Arledge of esrp.
