DMRE helped to facilitate—and its first closing in San Antonio, TX. DMRE represented Alliance in the purchase of a 16.25 acre site to develop a 384 unit Class A garden-style multi-family community. Alliance engaged DMRE for representation in finding a Class A apartment tract in the Northwest San Antonio suburbs, and helped Alliance successfully secure this site.
