Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of 2.9 acres near Lake Conroe at the southwest corner of SH 105 and Sunshine Drive in Montgomery County, Texas. The seller, Ravasom, was represented by Daniel Greco, Clay Roper and Keith Edwards of Caldwell Companies. Vaughan Ford of Colliers International represented the buyer, Stateside, in the transaction.

The 2.9 acre property will be used for the construction and operation of a Rudy's Country Store BBQ Restaurant.
