Edward and Susan Nguyen have sold 4.67 acres at 2702 Milroy Lane, Houston, to VuAnh Dao, Trang Xuan Tang and Thong Van Mai. Austen Baldridge and Brad Elmore of NewQuest Properties represented the seller in the direct deal.

SOUTH TEXAS LEASE

Awesome & Creative Therapy on the Spectrum has leased 3,850 sf of office space at 14058 Memorial Dr., Houston, from RPI Management Co. LLC. Josh Friedlander and Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Fay Hester of Better Homes & Garden Real Estate Gary Greene represented the tenant.
