NAI Partners is pleased to announce that it has promoted Shaffer Braun, of the company’s Landlord Services group, to Vice President.

Mr. Braun has made a direct impact on the Houston market through various types of transactions, representing Owners and Tenants directly. Having this learned skillset allows him to work in many different facets. Additionally, while Mr. Braun is active in multiple Texas markets, he also plays a large role in assisting his local clients across the country through NAI’s global platform.

Prior to joining NAI Partners, Mr. Braun gained extensive experience in Industrial Tenant Representation with Avison Young. Additionally, he has over 5 years of experience in Construction Management, where he has worked with many Fortune 100 companies, government entities and local private companies.

Mr. Braun has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, and is actively involved with ICSC. Outside of the office, Mr. Braun enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and fly-fishing along the Texas coast.
