NAI Partners Landlord Services Division to lease and manage property

NAI Partners’ Investment Fund is pleased to announce that it has officially closed on its second Fund III acquisition, Triangle Center, a 58,929-sq.-ft. retail center sitting on 4.9 acres located at 2000 N Mays Street in Round Rock, Texas.

Andrew Pappas and Adam Hawkins of NAI Partners’ Investment Fund negotiated and closed the deal alongside Matt Fain of ECR, who represented the seller. Peyton Jones with Veritex Community Bank provided the lending.

“This closing marks the eleventh acquisition for the NAI Partners Investment Fund platform and places our total transaction volume at over $100 million,” said Andrew Pappas, Partner at NAI Partners and head of the NAI Investment Fund. “The property is currently 46% occupied and provides a lot of opportunity for our team to add value. Additionally, the acquisition includes a 1.2-acre pad site with I-35 frontage which we will explore developing, build-to-suit opportunities, or selling to a strong user.”

Jennifer Gourlay and Amy Ivy of NAI Partners’ Landlord Services Division were hired to manage the property, with leasing assigned to Joe DeCola of NAI Partners.
