Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Fairfield Plaza, a 83,000 square foot multi-tenant medical/retail property at 15103 Mason Road in Cypress, Texas. The seller, Radler Limited Partnership, was represented by David Carter of Colliers International. Beth Young, also with Colliers International, represented the buyer, Woodside Health.

The five building property sits on ±9.39 acres in the northwest submarket of Houston. It was built in 2014 and is 93% leased by medical and retail tenants.
