Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of 151,260 square feet at 12614 Hempstead Highway Houston, Texas 77092. The seller, STAG Houston 3, LP was represented by Ryan Byrd and Walker Barnett of Colliers International. Jason Tangen, also with Colliers International, represented the buyer, NIT Industrial.

NIT Industrial purchased the property as an investment opportunity and plans to make capital improvements for immediate move-in. This is the second acquistion for NIT in the Houston market within six months. The buyer was attracted to the property based upon its location and strength of the immediate submarket. Colliers International will represent the new ownership in its marketing efforts.
