Veteran project leasing executive joins Houston’s 5th-largest CRE firm from Hartman REIT

NAI Partners’ Landlord Services Division has hired veteran Houston office leasing executive David Bateman as Senior Vice President – Office Project Leasing to spearhead the division’s project leasing line of business.

In his new role, David will focus on enhancing the leasing and marketing services Houston’s Office Project Leasing team provides to its existing client base; while also working with the division’s Managing Director, Jim Tainter to further make available the full scope of NAI Partners’ Landlord Services platform in Houston.

Bateman comes to NAI Partners from Hartman REIT, where he oversaw leasing and brokerage operations for Houston and Texas. He has completed more than 300 transactions encompassing 6 million sq. ft. valued at $100 million. His clients have included Clarion Partners, DRA Advisors, Duke Realty and TA Associates Realty.
