Dave Knobler, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The facility sits on roughly 5.75 acres on FM 830 and had expansion land included in the sale.“The property will probably primarily remain a storage facility for a while, but having about 830’ of frontage on FM 830 in between the new Woodlands Hills development and Lake Conroe adds a potential redevelopment twist” said Knobler.

Oversized Storage is located at 11741 FM 830 in Willis, Texas.
