Chris Gomes, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, and Allan Miller, in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Gomes and Miller.

“The Courtyard by Marriott is a Gen-I prototype design; The buyer will be completing a major renovation and reimaging during the next few months which is anticipated to present an upside opportunity to the new investor,” said Gomes.

Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Northwest is located at 2930 Forest Lane in Dallas, Texas.
