Noetic Inc. has leased 11,000 sf of warehouse space in Royal Freeport, 4343 W. Royal Lane, Irving, from Royal FP LLC. Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Finch, senior associate, represented the landlord. Jeff Rein of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.

Book Trools Management Inc. has leased 7,000 sf of flex space in Building A, 825 Avenue H, Arlington, from First Industrial Texas LP. Michael W.
