JLL announced today that Jacob White Construction has broken ground on Bissonnet Medical Plaza in Bellaire, Texas. The three-story Class A facility, located at 4460 Bissonnet Street, will offer over 52,000 square feet of medical office space.

Building amenities will include a modern energy-efficient office design with plenty of natural light, covered patient drop off area, both surface level and garage parking, and lush landscaping. Other features include gurney-sized elevators, a state-of-the-art building management system, high indoor air quality with CO2 monitoring and air filtration.

The building is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020. JLL’s Tim Gregory and Mallory Douthit are leasing the facility on behalf of the developer.
