Luxury on the Lake Events LLC has renewed 11,275 sf of flex space in Northwest Crossing A, 2152 W. Northwest Hwy., Dallas. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Finch, senior associate, represented the landlord, AF-1 Northwest Crossing LLC, in the direct deal.

Usleton Staging LLC has leased 9,300 sf of flex space in Trinity West Business Park, 2550 114th St., Grand Prairie, from OMO Investment Co. Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jim Ferris, vice president, represented the landlord. John Brewer and Charlie Brewer of Transwestern represented the tenant.

Infinity Energy has renewed 4,964 sf of flex space at 2363 Merritt Dr., Garland. Brian Pafford and Michael Grant, senior vice presidents and managing partners of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Finch, senior associate, represented the landlord, Merritt Dallas Properties, in the direct deal.

Noblis Rehabilitation Partners LLC has leased 3,614 sf of office space in Allen Place I, 450 Century Parkway, Allen, from Allen Place Office Building I LLC.
