Enterprises, in the direct deal.

Beckett Corp. has renewed 5,085 sf of flex industrial space in Las Colinas Distribution Center 4, 3250 Skyway Circle N., Irving. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Finch, senior associate, represented the landlord, Las Colinas AAA Investment LLC, in the direct deal.

Capital Title of Texas LLC has renewed 3,016 sf of office space in Preston Pointe Centre, 1400 Preston Rd., Plano.
