Scott Axelrod, Vice President in the Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented RAS Commercial Real Estate LLC of Rowlett, TX in the purchase of property at 3279 and 3241 CR2500 in Caddo Mills. The transaction included a 16,000-square-foot industrial building and two tracts of land—the first is 13.88 acres and the second is 15.14 acres. Kelly Harris of Kelly Harris Company in Ferris, TX represented the seller, Allen National Investments LLC of Plano.
